From the moment I walked in the receptionist was friendly had a great smile explained everything perfectly. After being called back the nurse was absolutely amazing made me feel comfortable took immediate Care in reducing my pain. The doctor was also absolutely amazing at no time that I feel uncomfortable or nervous overall and absolutely great experience and I couldn't thank you guys enough.

Dr. Sue Choi was very thorough, optimistic in caring for my teeth, hospitable, informative with a gentle, kind, and compassionate energy for her newly referred patient, me. Dr. Sue Choi's Dental Assistant(s), X-ray and Hygienist, were both also thorough, informative regarding my teeth process, friendly and hospitable. Dr. Sue Choi has an amazing "Dental Chair Care" that went far above and beyond my expectations, as I was informed by my referral! I will definitely be back for regular Dental care by Dr. Sue Choi!

This staff is the most genuine, caring, creative, thoughtful & patient group of individuals I've ever experienced in a dental environment! Especially cases, whether it was a serious extraction, root canal or crown replacements over the years, I always feel welcomed & in the best care! ❤ Dr. Choi takes valuable time out of her day to text me a few days after my visit & I have never had outgoing care like that from any doctor! Everyone on staff is so friendly, professional & accommodating! Over the years we have become dear friends while maintaining staff/patient relationships. I’m 52 and have been forced to find a new dentist for the first time in my life (the dentist I had since I was a child retired). Our family couldn’t be any happier with Westerville Dental Associates! They are efficient and thorough. I was a bit anxious about trying to find someone to replace Dr. Steve, but am so glad we found WDA! Their operating style is a little different than I was used to in that the hygienist is more knowledgeable than others and takes more of a lead in your care/client relationship. They pretty much take care of you and the doctor comes in to make sure everything is OK. If there was an issue, I would suspect that the doctor becomes more involved. However for someone who has a pretty healthy mouth and am fortunately without many issues, my care is primarily handled by my hygienist, Steph. She is amazing and I have no complaints about this business model.

I have been a patient of Dr Zody for over 20 years. Westerville Dental Associates always does fantastic work in a very professional manner. All of the staff are friendly and very helpful because they actually care about you. I have to add that my hygienist Katelyn is the best and performs her work flawlessly. I wish medical offices could observe and learn how well this practice performs and use Westerville Dental Associates' example to model their practice on.

My dentist recently moved his practice to Westerville Dental Associates and I saw him there for the first time this week. The waiting room is spacious and has a comfy, relaxing feel to it. The staff is very friendly and made me feel right at home in this new setting. Dr. Anderson is always good about explaining any procedures I need in order to keep my teeth in good working order. Check-out was quick, with my next appointment set before I left. I already know I’m going to like this practice for years to come.

Wonderful experience every time. Doctors and staff are excellent and very professional. The office is so very clean with all of the latest and up to date equipment. Susan and Sarah rock. I needed an emergency veneer repair that happened Friday evening. We were having a big family party at our home the next afternoon. I called Dr. Cho's emergency #. She called me immediately and got me in first thing Saturday morning! Absolutely fabulous! I wouldn't go anywhere else! Their service and staff is second to none!

They are great! I go to the dentist every 4 months for perio maintenance and I left my dentist of about 5 years unexpectedly so I was in need of an appointment to stay on my schedule. They had a cancellation and I took it! I would continue to go there but they are out of network. What usually cost me $18 cost $120. So I cannot afford that. But they are GREAT!!!

Was visiting Columbus and had a dental emergency. Professional was only the beginning with Dr. Choi and her staff- thoughtful, kind as well. When is the last time a mechanic told you "I'd wait before having the procedure" to be certain not to do too much? Essentially what occurred, based on what the examine revealed. Who wants to have to go to the dentist for an emergency? Yet I left having had a great experience.

We always get great care here. Came in with my 7 year old who was having bad tooth pain. He needed an extraction. They worked us into the schedule and even though they were incredibly busy they were patient and caring. They made sure he was comfortable and not scared each step of the way. This office was recommended by a friend years ago and I am so glad I listened. We drive pretty far to get to them but it's so worth it!

Dr zody is always great but this was the first time of getting my annual cleaning that I left the office with a headache and jaw pain that has not lessened and it has now been 27 hours since the cleaning. Hopefully it will ease soon. However, everyone in this office is exceptional in their treatment of patients.

I really like the staff, my dental hygienist was phenomenal and Dr. Ching was great too. If I could only make one constructive criticism comment is the place is quite outdated, and not the equipment or technology side, but more the environment, the walls, curtains on the windows, and the first thing you notice when you walk in is how dark waiting room is and everything is in brown tone. My husband went there a month ago for the first time, and he noticed the same thing..

Excellent visit! I can’t say enough about Dr. Zody, kayla, and Amanda! Their professionalism, expertise, and care of my teeth....has always been tops! I would recommend them to anyone and have! And I received high compliments on my referral! I’ve gone here for years and don’t ever plan on changing!

This was my first time at Westerville Dental Associates and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. From scheduling a last minute appointment over the phone, to the kind receptionist when I walked in, to the very welcome dentist who was professional and made things more relaxed, I couldn't have felt more at ease or welcome. They lay out all the options in a pressure free environment. My personal experience with WDA changed my mind about getting dental work done. I would definitely recommend trying WDA.

I’ve been coming to this dental office for over a year now and originally switched to here due to issues with a prior office/dentist. I love all the people at this office. I have never had a bad experience here. They truly always make you feel like you’re apart of their little family and treat you as such. I see Amanda O. & Dr. Choi. They are both absolutely terrific & I have never had better people taking care of my teeth. I’d recommend to anyone!!

After calling around a couple places for emergency dental for my dad, I ended up calling Westerville dental associates. It was the best decision. While trying to help my dad who was in so much pain and had high anxiety about going, they made me feel like he belonged there and that they would take good care of him, just by talking to them on the phone. They were able to get him in the next day at a time that worked well for his nerves lol. They were amazing! I was a nervous wreck for my dad and he was as well. However they gave him some laughing gas and treated him so kindly. He has spent years of avoiding the dentist and he was scared of being judged and he was really down on himself. But they did not worry about any of that, just about what was happening in the moment. I really appreciate them taking care of my father. I am planning on switching dentist and getting into their office! I would recommend them to anyone! Thank you guys for taking care of my dad!

After always being very hesitant with dentist appointments, Westerville Dental Associates has changed my perspective! Every single person I come in contact with during my visits is friendly and professional. I’m on my second crown (which should be unpleasant) but Susan makes the visits pain-free and helps me through the process feeling very comfortable. I am especially thankful for their recent show of support with local teachers. It’s nice to be appreciated and I appreciate them so much in return! Highly recommend!

Love Dr Stickle, you never feel the numbing procedure! Great attitude, concern for your health and well-being! Highly recommend. Today their X-ray machine was acting up so I had to retake 5 pictures to finally get it. But worth it to be seen by great doctors and my hygienist Kayla. My daughter and husband both see Dr Choi and love her too!

Westerville Dental Associates was absolutely amazing and exceeded all my expectations. I was concerned about pricing since we don’t have insurance, but it was totally doable. The entire staff treated me with such genuine care and concern. I felt like I was fully informed and a part of every decision. I’m definitely going back for my future dental work.

I have been a patient of this practice since it opened. I trust them completely with my dental care and truly feel that they care about me and my dental health. Dr. Stickel and Dr. Choi are great. Jennifer cleans my teeth with precision and is always on top of any additional needs. My children were patients of Dr. Stickel, and now several grandchildren are as well.

For anyone with Dental fears/phobia PLEASE READ! Dr.Choi and the staff at Westerville Dental Associates, are in my opinion the best dentistry in the business! I just like so many of you guys/gals have a fear of going to dentist due to bad past experiences. Please don't put off your teeth!! Dr.Choi and her staff had calmly talked me through every procedure, before, during and even after! They earn your trust as a patient and go above and beyond. I cannot stress enough how grateful I am to be a patient of Dr.Choi!

They were great; kind, professional, empathetic. They offered alternatives for the next step. They even said more than once how well I did during the procedure, instead of shaming me for waiting so long to fix the problem. To top it off they were very reasonably priced. This dentist was amazing! ALL of the staff was so friendly and ready to help me! They're so gentle and professional yet very personable as well! My son and I have been patients of Dr. Zody for 26 years. My son had a bad dental experience at 9yrs old, at a different dental office. She was great with him then and with both of us now. Amanda has been my hygienist for years and she is wonderful. We love all the friendly staff and look forward to dental appointments! I have also referred dental and denture patients to Dr. Zody as she is very gentle, kind and patient.

I wouldn't have anyone else fix my teeth other than Dr. Choi. As a local dental professional, I've had the opportunity to witness many dentist's clinical skills. Most of them I wouldn't let work in my mouth. I've been fortunate to not need any major dental work for over 25 years. I only need my teeth cleaned every 6 months, which I do maintain with the same hygienist. One morning, I was enjoying a kettle chip for breakfast and broke an entire corner off a lower left molar. That's what I get for eating chips for breakfast. But if you've ever been to Costco, you probably know what I'm talking about. I knew the Tooth needed a crown (actually a gold onlay, I didn't want to get too technical) and without hesitation I reached out to Dr. Sue Choi. She made arrangements to see me promptly and we proceeded with treatment. I have the utmost confidence in her clinical skills. Without a doubt I knew she would complete the restoration to my expectation. Since I restore teeth myself, that's a huge compliment! Even though I work in dentistry, I'm such an anxious patient. It's uncomfortable being in the dental chair, being the patient. Dr. Choi was so patient with me and her injections were painless. I was able to relax my grip on the arm rests. WDA has such a beautiful and inviting atmosphere. Her team were all pleasant and treated me like an immediate friend. Her assistant/EFDA, Susan, was comforting and she hung out with me the entire time. We got to know each other like people, not just a patient. Her operatory is relaxing. Overall, I would recommend Dr. Choi and her team for your dental care. Family friendly. Highly skilled. You'll even see Nugget walking around checking on everyone. She's a great concierge. My tooth still feels great and no sensitivity. Thank you Dr. Choi, you're the best. Truly.

Dental Hygienist Katelynn was very knowledgeable, she explained everything to me as we were going through the X-rays, gum/tooth health analysis and cleaning process. She was kind and gentle, but thorough in the dental exam. Dr Choi was also very friendly, definitely the best dental experience I’ve had in years.

The staff at Westerville Dental Associates are wonderful! They got me in same day with a dental emergency. They made me feel comfortable and gave me step by step directions on what they were doing. Outstanding and friendly staff that is patient centered and competent. Always innovating by bringing best practice and the latest research based solutions into the office. Life long learning is part of the office culture. I’ve had several crowns and never experienced pain. Also they have produced for me over the years 4 obstructive sleep apnea devices and they collect high resolution pulse oximeter data to confirm effective treatment. My pulmonologist gave 3rd party verification of effective treatment. I have nothing but high praise for WDA. This retired chemistry teacher highly recommends them!

I was down visiting friends in Delaware when I broke a tooth off at the gum line . They fit me in on an emergency basis, did a root canal and crown prep. Dr. Choy is a top rated dentist and her chair side Jessica was amazing. Had my permanent crown seated today and again they did a superior job. I can’t thank them enough for their professionalism, they are the best!!!

Around 10pm, I slipped going into the bathroom and fell face first into the vanity. My husband and I ended up calling the dental emergency line. (We were pleasantly surprised we had an emergency line) Dr Sue answered and because the severity of the injury she told us to meet her at the office in 45 min. With the help of her husband, they performed oral surgery and did their very best to save the tooth. (tooth intusion) They thoroughly explained everything and scheduled a follow-up for the next day. The quick actions of Dr. Sue and her husband after office hours demonstrate how much they care and their willingness to help their patients during all hours. I would highly recommend Westerville Dental Associated.

Katelynn the dental hygienist is always wonderful to deal with! She is incredibly knowledgeable about her job. Doctor Gretchen Zody has been my dentist for over a decade and is a top notch dentist. She is fantastic at explaining what she's doing and why, all while ensuring you know what to expect in the upcoming weeks and months. All this, while still showing an interest in you and your family during the visit. I highly recommend her.

I was not prompted by the business to come here and leave a review but seeing as how good they are I feel the need too. They're quick and work with you if you do not have insurance as long as you can pay 1/3 of the cost up front. They're kind they have an office dog that is so cute and friendly. Their bathrooms are clean, the wait staff is super nice and honestly better customer service than chic fil a employees. This is the best dentist in all of Ohio I promise. I fear dentist and going for visits and this place made me feel so welcome and secure and happy that it needs to be recognized.

I will never leave this dentist! Dr.Choi and her staff are the best at what they do and they are friendly while doing it! They explain everything to you before they start and while there are working on you. The facility is clean, the staff are awesome and the service is affordable. The best part is they are great at what they do and Ive had nothing but great results every time Ive been there. They have the best customer service , because they actually care about their clients. If you are looking for a dentist or have a fear of a dentist, want gentle yet considerate staff you NEED TO schedule an appointment with them. You won’t be sorry!!

Dr. Son is very kind and gentle. He explains everything. He makes sure I’m comfortable and doesn’t cause me pain. I think he is extremely professional and all my dental work has been completed without complication and I feel he approaches his work with the aim for perfection. Dr Zody is not only professional but very knowledgeable about the latest technology and dental procedures. I have attended this practice for many years and through all the work; cleanings, gum repair, and fillings, she made me feel comfortable and her work has been excellent and pain free. Recently due to health issues, I required implants and dentures. She worked in conjunction with an oral surgeon and I have a beautiful smile again I’m so proud of!! The entire staff from Jessica, Dr Zody’s assistant, the hygienists, receptionists, front desk schedulers, billings staff and on and on have all been hard working, kind and caring. The office is beautiful and clean. My family has referred many of our friends over the years that continue to be patients as well. This practice is by far the best dental experience you could hope for.

Everybody at Westerville Dental Associates has been nothing but hospitable, knowledgeable, and professional. My daughter had to get preventative fillings and she got the royalty treatment everytime! They go above and beyond without even a 2nd thought about it. The dentist (and DA) was skilled and gentle enough that they didn’t require numbing first. Love it here and recommend it to anyone who asks!

I had a dead front tooth due to trauma that I ignored for years as it kept getting darker. I was afraid to fix it and mess up surrounding teeth until Dr. Son assured me that he could make it look the way I wanted. New tooth arrived and the color was a little off so he had them re-do it for me until I was pleased. Very thankful and love my smile again! Have gone here for many decades.

A visit to Westerville Dental Associates is about as pleasant as a visit to the dentist can be. From the receptionist to the hygienists and assistants to the dentists, everyone is very friendly, helping put patients at ease. I went elsewhere for a while when my insurance changed, but I came back as soon as I could because the other offices didn’t compare to the friendly yet professional atmosphere here.

As always, since you get in it’s a very family atmosphere making that you feel great and in peace. Amanda is the number 1 the best in this world taking care of of my teeth sooooooo smooth and gentil as she is. Dr. Gretchen Zody has been my dentist for over 30 years. I am super phobic when it comes to dental work and she is always patient and understanding with me. The entire staff is professional and friendly. I moved all the way to Blacklick and Dr Zody is still my dentist. I would drive an hour to get to there if I needed to. I highly recommend them and have done so quite often to friends.

My family and I have been going to Westerville Dental Associates for more than 20 years. The staff is top notch and Dr. Stickel and his team have always taken great care of us - we've had a number of dental emergencies over the years and when I call and they get us in ASAP. They treat us like family.

I'm super dental phobic and can't recommend this office enough! My most dreaded visits of my childhood have become much better as an adult. Super friendly staff on every level! Reception, hygienists, dentists I still get anxious when I'm there but that's on me and if I'm the slightest uncomfortable they stop and we talk. If there's any question about whether or not to schedule your mind should be at ease.

The office staff, dental hygienists, assistants and doctors ALL exhibit a desire to make me comfortable. Over the years they have patiently worked through my ability to pay with several employers and plans, helped me out through several emergencies and are just great people.. Its a pleasure to see the same people every time I go and get the best care. A+

Either technology has improved tremendously, or Dr. Choi is just that good. I suspect both. Any way, the pain level has gone way down and so has my anxiety when I go in. I switched to this dentist after my previous dentist continued to make me wait beyond a respectful amount of time for my appointments. Westerville Dental Associates has always been very professional. I rarely have to wait long, if ever. Their waiting room is very nice, and the rooms are bright and clean. They have a positive atmosphere and attractive appearance. My dental hygienist is always very gentle and will happily answer any question I have. She even remembers conversations we’ve had at past visits. I always feel very taken care of there, and would recommend them to anyone.

Westerville Dental Associates was recommended to me by a good friend when I mentioned that I was looking for a new dentist, specifically for a much needed pair of dental implants. I’ve been to several different practices over the past 15 years or so, and I can confidently say that I have finally found “the one”. I could not be more thrilled to be a patient of Dr Choi’s! The level of care I have received at each and every appointment has been above and beyond. Dr Choi is gentle and thorough in her procedures and explanations of such. The office manager, Sara, is so patient with me and all of my questions about insurance and billing. I am thankful for Jess, one of the dental assistants, for her calming bedside manner and detailed explanations of what is happening during each step of the procedures with which she assists. I highly recommend WDA for anyone’s dental needs, especially because they are a comprehensive office that really does it all. No need to get set up with a specialist at some other office, the general dentists, hygienists, & specialists are all under one roof at Westerville Dental Associates! I have even recommended my 96 year old grandmother, who has a serious case of odontophobia, to this practice for work on her clip-on partial, because I know they’ll take excellent care of her.

I have been going to this practice for over 30 years and I wouldn't go anywhere else! Dr. Stickel is awesome! He's very caring and always makes sure I'm comfortable when having any procedures done since I had some bad experiences before finding this office. My dental hygienist, Kayla, is great and so is the office staff. The Covid19 protocols they have in place made me feel totally safe. I highly recommend Dr. Stickel or any of the other doctors at this office.

I recommend this place to anyone who needs emergency dental work. My dad was visiting me from out of town and he started experiencing pain on his tooth with cavity. They worked him into their schedule and did an emergency root canal. Dr. Son was very professional and nice, explained what was going on in detail. My dad said it was the best shot he ever got in his mouth that he didn't feel any pain.

All the people at Westerville dental are terrific and go out of their way to help you. Dr. Zody who I have seen the most is wonderful! All the doctors are terrific! I have recommended others to go to Westerville Dental. I highly recommend this organization who we have been with for almost 25 years. They are all very caring people>

I was unable to get an appointment with my regular dentist after the Christmas holiday as they were closed until after the New Year. However, I needed to be seen after suffering with tooth pain all day on Sunday. I was referred to Westerville Dental Associates by another office that was unable to see me immediately. I called the office of WDA and they made time to see me Monday afternoon. Dr. Zody took her time to evaluate my situation after exam and x-rays. She made recommendations and another referral for me to see a specialist this week. So thankful that her staff was available and very professional with me.

I have had a fantastic experience at this office. Since my first visit, I have recommended my friends to go here. Kayla and Dr. Choi are amazing. This was the most thorough exam I've ever had and they explained everything along the way. I feel like my experience has inspired me to take better care of my oral health. The services provided are also very affordable. For example, I got a night guard for $99!

The staff at Westerville Dental Associates were so considerate and conscientious to ensure a safe environment for me when I visited the office this summer. Westerville Dental Associates always treat me like I’m a Super Star. They are always very courteous and professional. The dentists are all Completely knowledgeable and Pain-Free-the best part! The office itself is very pleasant and well decorated. I have sent co-workers and friends there and will continue to recommend them.

The staff always is very professional. What I like most about everyone there is each time I come back I never feel like a stranger. I have had extreme anxiety about going to the Dentist, but when I come to this office I feel relaxed. I no longer live close to Westerville but I will travel across time to keep you guys!

I love going to the dentist. I know, who ever says they love going to the dentist, right? But I love the warm and supportive atmosphere. I love the kindness, patience and professionalism demonstrated by every staff member I’ve encountered. I have had the opportunity to work with Dr Choi as my main dentist and Dr Zody, who assisted me in obtaining a Metz device which has been a much more comfortable and successful cure for sleep apnea than a machine and a mask. Both of these professionals are top notch and I wouldn’t trade them for the world. And finally, I feel the same way about my hygienist Amanda, who is also at the top of her game. If you a looking for a dental practice you cannot go wrong with Westerville Dental Associates.

The best dental care I've ever received and very friendly staff. I recently switched jobs and they are not in my network anymore, but I will probably stick with them anyway if the cost isn't too much more, because they're that good! Not to mention the facility is beautiful, and yes, state of the art equipment.

This dental group goes above and beyond for you. After a decade of being scared of dentists (from previous bad experiences elsewhere), as well as the shame of how bad my teeth had gotten....Dr. Choi and staff have transformed my smile in just one visit! They DO NOT shame you in any way. They are kind, patient and caring people. I still have more work to have done, but in one visit, I was able to have three root canals and accompanying crowns that have truly restored my confidence. I am going on vacation tomorrow and I am so excited to be able to smile in all of the photos we will be taking. I would recommend Westerville Dental Associates to EVERYONE. A truly amazing , caring, and professional group of people.

What an AMAZING experience at a dental office! From the moment I walked in the office I was warmly greeted and made to feel at home. The staff was very friendly. Every step of the way I was made aware of what was happening during my visit. They educated me and made my cleaning pain free, leaving me confident about my oral health. I could not recommend Dr. Son and this dental practice enough.

I am terrified of dentists and my teeth are proof! I’ve had some bad experiences with dentists from shots in the mouth, breaking off my teeth during extraction and leaving pieces in my gum. I have to say my experience with Dr. Choi was a very pleasant and less scary than I imagined. The staff was very kind and friendly and calmed me down enough to go through a “comfortable” extraction. I probably won’t wait that long before seeking help again and I’ll definitely be going back for any help or choices about my teeth :)
