Office Arrival Instructions

You may see some changes when it is time for your next appointment. We made these changes to help protect our patients and staff. For example:

• Our waiting room will not be open. Please text or call our office at 614-882-1135 when you arrive and we will call or text you back when we are ready for your appointment.
• Upon arrival, our greeter will ask some screening questions and temperature will be taken. Please reschedule your appointment if you have had a cough, fever, and/or flu-like symptoms.
• We are asking all patients to brush and floss before arrival. All patients will be required to wear a mask. Once in the operatory room, patients will be asked to wash their hands and gargle with a mouth rinse.
• Appointments will be managed to allow for social distancing between patients. That might mean that you’re offered fewer options for scheduling your appointments.
