Dr zody and staff are great. Always answer all questions and make the dental experience very comfortable. I have such anxiety when going to the dentist but as soon as Dr. Zody comes into the room I relax and feel safe, she is so personable, confident and explains everything step by step that will or is being done and eases all anxiety. Such a great dentist. If you have problems going to the dentist then go see Dr zody. She will ease all your fears.

Today my grandson wrecked his bike and cracked his front tooth. Now its 4;30 pm on Friday, Good Friday. They said come in. We live like 5 minutes away. They were ready for us when we arrived. Explained what they could do and we were out by 5:30 with the tooth looking brand new. I can.not give enough praise for helping us out in our time in need. But everytime we go there the staff is very professional and so nice. Thanks for all you do!

Cannot recommend this team highly enough! I was visiting from out of state and, being pregnant, had been dealing with extremely heavy gum bleeding for days. It would start from eating, brushing, or even just talking, and once it started, it was almost impossible to stop. It became really stressful and scary. My aunt is a regular patient here and called to see if they could possibly squeeze me in. They told me to come right over, and I was seen within 10 minutes of arriving. Every single person I interacted with was kind, calm, and incredibly reassuring. They quickly diagnosed a pregnancy granuloma, explained everything clearly, checked for any signs of infection, and treated it right away so the bleeding would stop and stay stopped. The relief I felt walking out of there was enormous. Their compassion, efficiency, and expertise turned a really frightening situation into something manageable and fully resolved. I am so grateful for the care I received and wish I could bring this office home with me!

I was greeted when I walked in the door with a beautiful smile and news that I was all checked in. Then a very sweet and professional detail assistant took me to the exam room and conducted the most comfortable series of xrays!!! Og course it is always a pleasure to see Dr. Anderson who has taken such good care of my teeth. It was a very pleasant visit to my dentist and I left smiling 😃

I had my six month cleaning today, along with final restoration to a tooth following a root canal that was done several days ago.. As always, the visit was exceptional. The staff is so friendly and I feel like family when I’m there. Dr. Anderson and Lauren are awesome and explain every procedure and x-ray that may be needed. I actually enjoy going to the dentist! Yes, I did just say that! 😁

So professional AND friendly. And often plenty of laughter. I know that I am getting the best care for my whole family. Plus, the waiting area is beautiful and comfortable--like a living room!--with a special area for young ones to read and draw on the chalk boards. (Although the wait is usually very brief! So arrive earlier if you want the extra fun.)

This staff is the most genuine, caring, creative, thoughtful & patient group of individuals I've ever experienced in a dental environment! Especially cases, whether it was a serious extraction, root canal or crown replacements over the years, I always feel welcomed & in the best care! ❤ Dr. Choi takes valuable time out of her day to text me a few days after my visit & I have never had outgoing care like that from any doctor! Everyone on staff is so friendly, professional & accommodating! Over the years we have become dear friends while maintaining staff/patient relationships. Thank you all for your selfless service to your patients! I can't speak highly enough about you & I recommend you to everyone!

Our entire family has been going to Westerville Dental for over 20 years. Each one of us has gotten the best, most personal care with Dr Zody and Dr Choi. My youngest (6 year old) had a cavity filled today without any issue and he actually enjoyed the experience because the staff was so careful and engaging with him. This practice is conservative and honest and I highly recommend Westerville Dental Associates to everyone for the best dental care.

I have been to 4 dental practices in my adult life and by far Westerville Dental Associates exceeds all care and experiences that I have ever had. From the moment I entered the practice every aspect of my visit was far and beyond what I could have ever expected. I wish I had been aware of this practice many, many years ago having lived in Westerville my entire life. I was honored to be able to get an appointment with. Dr Choi so quickly to solve my terrible tooth and jaw pain, that I was experiencing.

My family has been coming to Westerville dental for many years. The administrative staff, dental hygienists, Dr Stickel and Dr Choi are all wonderful! They always work me in whenever I have an emergency, like today. I am so grateful for their services. I’ve never had a bad experience with this office!

I was greeted as soon as I entered the practice. The staff was very helpful. Once I went back for my consultation I met the dental assistant. She was very pleasant and answered all my questions and concerns. Once the dentist came in too evaluate. She was also helpful and very courteous. I really appreciated how professional they were with me. And definitely explained the process and procedures with great detail. So glad I came across them on my phone.

Stop looking for a dentist. Go here. Seriously. I had a prolonged lapse in dental care; mostly from fear and anxiety, but also a small --but growing-- sense of shame due to the condition of my teeth. My wife and son have gone to Dr. Choi for several years after we moved to Westerville. Both of them convinced me to give it a shot and make an appointment. Deciding to go see Dr. Choi et. al. has been one of the best decisions of my adult life. I began seeing Dr. Choi in January of 2025, and we are approximately halfway through my treatment plan which consisted of a clean up phase, then a restorative phase (we're here; I'll update the review once we're done). Every member of the staff who I've interacted with has been awesome. Procedures are explained in what ever way makes sense to you, they go out of their way to ensure that you're ok and as comfortable as possible. Most importantly, everyone is glad that you're there. That you're improving your health, and that you've trusted them to help you. I am so very appreciative of everyone at Westerville Dental Associates for the care they've given me and my family.
