Dr. Phing Newsom
Dr. Newsom began her mission to improve oral health with an intensive program where she obtained both her PhD and DDS degree from The Ohio State University. While advancing research in the field of Oral Biology, she also taught several clinical courses at Ohio State. Dr. Newsom further expanded her clinical skills and knowledge by completing a fellowship position in the Implant Clinic at The Ohio State University. Outside of the office, Dr. Newsom serves as a contributing editor and reviewer of dental publications regarding Temporomandibular Joint Disorders.
Certified in General Dentistry, Restorative Dentistry, Implants, Dentures, and Invisalign, she is a member of the American Dental Association, the Ohio Dental Association, and the Columbus Dental Association.
Dr. Newsom lives in the Columbus area with her husband, David, and her son. When she is not practicing dentistry, she enjoys running, biking, and spending time with her family.
